India-France Anti-Terror Diplomacy Sees Operation Sindoor Discussions
An All-Party Parliamentary Delegation from India, led by senior MP Ravi Shankar Prasad, held an impactful round of strategic engagements in Paris, aimed at conveying India’s zero-tolerance stance on terrorism and reinforcing global solidarity following the Pahalgam terror attack.
During a series of briefings and interactions organized by the Indian Embassy in Paris, the delegation emphasized that the April 22 attack was a calculated assault on peace and development in Jammu and Kashmir. In response, Operation Sindoor was launched — described as precise, proportionate, and non-escalatory.

The visiting lawmakers, drawn from across the political spectrum, also met with leading French think tanks to discuss the global threat of terrorism. According to diplomatic sources, they called on nations to stand united in rejecting the distinction between terrorists and their state sponsors.
At a gathering with the Indian diaspora in France, the delegation relayed the collective will of the Indian Parliament and government to uphold national security and human dignity. The community reciprocated with unwavering support for India’s position.
This engagement marks another milestone in India’s extensive global diplomatic campaign to build consensus on counterterrorism measures, following key visits to Germany, Kuwait, Qatar, and the United States.
