NEWSFLASH: Pakistan Army Chief Munir Meets Azerbaijan’s Defence Minister
Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, met Azerbaijan’s Defence Minister, Colonel General Hasanov Zakir Asgar Oglu, in Lachin on Tuesday to discuss advancing bilateral defence cooperation.
According to Radio Pakistan, both sides exchanged views on regional security and agreed to deepen military collaboration. The meeting reflected mutual interest in expanding strategic coordination amid evolving regional dynamics.

Notably, the meeting took place following the Pahalgam terror attack in India and subsequent Indian military response under Operation Sindoor that crippled 20 per cent of Pakistani Air Force strength in less than 23 minutes.
