The delegation met with key Korean dignitaries including former Foreign Minister Dr. Yoon Young-kwan, Vice Chair of the Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee Rep. Kim Gunn, former Vice Foreign Minister Cho Hyun, and Major General Shin Sang-gyun, Director of the National Counter-Terrorism Center.

Echoing India's firm diplomatic tone recently seen in New York and Doha, the delegation emphasized India’s “New Normal” of sovereign and immediate retaliation against terrorism and declared that no distinction can be made between terrorists and their sponsors. The Korean side, which included former Ambassadors to India Shin Bong-kil and Lee Joon-gyu, expressed strong alignment with India’s position and reiterated their opposition to terrorism in all forms.

The visit strengthens India’s emerging counterterror diplomacy arc across the United States, the Gulf, Africa, and East Asia, reflecting a coordinated foreign policy push through multiple regional channels.
