All-Party Delegation Engages Japanese Think Tanks on Counterterrorism
An Indian All-Party Parliamentary Delegation engaged with prominent Japanese think tanks in Tokyo on Wednesday as part of India’s diplomatic outreach following Operation Sindoor. The delegation briefed participants on India’s policy of zero tolerance towards terrorism and exchanged views on evolving regional security challenges, including state-sponsored terrorism.

During the interactive session, the Indian delegation underscored the motivations behind India’s recent counterterror measures and reaffirmed the country's commitment to combating terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
The participating scholars and policy experts from Japanese institutions expressed strong support for India’s efforts, recognising terrorism as a shared global threat and highlighting the importance of international cooperation in addressing it.
The engagement comes amid India’s multi-country campaign to build understanding among international stakeholders on its security concerns and reinforce strategic partnerships.
