As part of the effort, multi-party delegations have been dispatched to 33 capitals across Asia, Africa, and other regions to present India’s position. The initiative, led by MPs across the political spectrum, aims to brief governments on the objectives and outcomes of Operation Sindoor and India’s policy of zero tolerance against terrorism.
On Wednesday, the first delegations departed. JD(U) MP Sanjay Kumar Jha is leading a team to Japan, then South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore. A second delegation, led by Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde, will travel to the UAE, Congo, Liberia, and Sierra Leone.
“The first group of All Party Delegation led by JD(U) MP Sanjay Kumar Jha has departed for a 5-nation visit as part of India’s diplomatic outreach on Operation Sindoor,” the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) stated, reaffirming the government’s position: “Zero tolerance against terrorism.”

According to official sources, the delegations are explaining India’s response to the Pahalgam attack, which prompted airstrikes on nine terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
MP Sanjay Jha posted on X that the visit aims to “tell the world the truth about Pakistan’s policy of patronising terrorism” and convey India’s position following the escalation.

The MEA confirmed that seven such delegations will travel globally in the coming weeks, meeting with lawmakers and officials to share India’s counterterrorism actions and build support for its anti-terror doctrine.
All outreach efforts are coordinated through formal diplomatic channels as part of India’s post-operation communication strategy, which includes events like Jaishankar’s Berlin conference and the Raisina Tokyo 2025 forum.
