These engagements are part of New Delhi’s multi-pronged outreach across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, aimed at generating coordinated international momentum to combat cross-border terrorism and counter disinformation campaigns. Germany, a key partner under the India-Germany Inter-Governmental Consultations (IGC), remains central to India’s vision of a rules-based global order.
The outcomes from Berlin are expected to shape upcoming multilateral discussions, particularly on counter-terror financing, cybersecurity frameworks, and emerging economic cooperation in the Indo-Pacific and EU corridors.
