Indian President Droupadi Murmu, on a three-day visit to Uttarakhand, was visibly moved on Friday as students from the National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities (NIEPVD) in Dehradun sang a special birthday song to mark her 67th birthday.
