Qatar Condemns Iranian Strike on U.S. Base as Violation of Sovereignty

Qatar’s Foreign Ministry has denounced Iran’s missile attack on Al Udeid Air Base as a “blatant breach of Qatar’s sovereignty, airspace, and international law.” 

The ministry warned that ongoing military actions threaten the security and stability of the wider region, urging an immediate halt to all hostilities.

Qatar’s Defense Ministry confirmed that the Iranian strike, carried out by Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, resulted in no casualties. 

Qatari defense forces actively engaged in intercepting the incoming missiles, preventing them from reaching the U.S. military installation.

Following the interception, Qatar announced that its airspace has been secured.
