From Tumultuous 20s to Radical Optimism and a Relentless Drive to Build Her Creative Empire, Dua Lipa Has Big Plans Ahead

Global pop icon Dua Lipa, who turns 30 later this August, is stepping into the new decade with more confidence and purpose than ever. In a cheesy X post, she teased her fans with a bit of how she plans to shape the next next decade of her life.

The multi-Grammy and Brit Award winner told the Vogue magazine her 20s were “tumultuous” but left her stronger, more self-assured, and “very empowered” in her body.

From record-breaking tours and sold-out Wembley shows to running her media platform Service95 and fronting Chanel campaigns, Lipa’s ambitions stretch well beyond music.

As British Vogue reported, she is thinking about publishing books, producing films, and even launching a record label, all while keeping her performances intimate, no matter the stadium size.

For Lipa, slowing down is out of question. “Nothing’s impossible,” she said. “You’ve just got to get up and do it.” The British Vogue profile was written by Gaby Wood, no mean writer or stranger to the world of celebrities herself, and a noted journalist.
